When the crane encounters the spring buffer, the spring's tension reverses the crane's motion, preventing collisions. Our springs are manufactured from ultrasonically tested spring steel rods and are thoroughly hardened, with kinetic and potential energy tested. The spring buffer body is fabricated using seamless pipes, equipped with robust bumper heads and base plates to withstand impacts.
