HEAVY DUTY CRANE GEAR BOX

We would like to introduce ourselves as house of EOT Crane Spare Parts.One of the items that
we manufacture is Heavy Duty Gear Box which is used for E.O.T Crane & Winches.

SPACIFICATIONS

use CNC Machines for cutting of higher thickness plates for Gear Box Profile in order to achieve accurate sizes. All Housing are Stress Relieved after fabrication process.

INTERNAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • GEARS& PINIONS: The selection of Module, Teeth profile &Helix Angle is made in conformity with Speed, Ratio & load conditions to give maximum teeth contact and overlap thereby ensuring most favourable meshing and silent running. The accurate teeth cutting of Gear & Pinion is done on Hobbing Machine. Alloy Gears are of cast steel or forged material. Pinions are manufactured using Alloy EN Graded Material inorder to meet the individual load conditions.
    All Gears and Pinions are ultrasonically 100% Tested OK with Proper Chemical & Physical Properties.
  • SHAFTS: Shafts having Pinions are of heat treated alloy steel bars or alloy steel forging. All other shafts are of heat treated Carbon Steel. The high precision tolerance finishing of shafts is achieved by grinding process.
  • BEARINGS: We use bearings of various sizes as per the requirements and load of the gear box. We use bearings of reputed manufacturers and especially of SKF or FAG make.
  • NOISE & VIBRATION: Our Gear Boxes are manufactured within the presided limit of noise and vibration levels.
  • LUBRICATION: For normal speeds, Splash Lubrication is provided by dipping the gears in oil. Our Casing design ensures oil reservoir which provides cool operation and anti friction run. The oil level indicator located in the housing is to ensure proper amount of lubricant in the housing.

GEAR BOX RATIO

Double and Triple Reduction Gear Boxes are available with us. Specific ratio gear boxes as per customers requirement can also be manufactured.
